~Privacy With Style~

When you open your curtains, are you staring straight at your neighbours window? The ones that have that fancy two storey house; with those tinted windows! And you can never tell if someone is looking at you while you're in your room.

I am a bit paranoid about that. Curtains are kind of frilly and blinds may be bland. So, I decided to fix the problem while still keeping the personality of the room. I collected all the posters and pictures spread around the room's walls. And I started aligning them on the window.

After sticking a few things together, the window was looking great! And I didn't need to sacrifice any of the room's style for the sake of privacy! It was looking better than ever. I could keep the curtains open as a display to the collage, and because my windows are practically the size of the wall, it looked like a wall full of posters. Here is a picture of the end result:

The sweetest thing about this is that you can add whatever you like; stickers, glitter glue, soluble paint, pretty much anything light that can stick onto a glass surface. To keep my window clean though I placed some old paper under whatever I was adding on. As you can see I used the inside of old diskettes for decoration. The awesome thing is that it is a window, and what do windows have? Window sills! You can add trophy's or whatever you like on the sill. And if ever you miss the neighbours dark tinted windows, you can always just open yours!

And she said, "Let them eat cake!"

First, there was the introduction.

Today is the start of my new non-anonymous blog.
I wanted to start this blog with random ideas, activities and things to do now and again.
Hopefully, I can collect a few interesting recipes too!
Anyway, I'll get crack-a-lackin on my first project now.
See you guys in a bit =)
